Hi guys - my wife and I wanted to get her medical done up front, so we could include it with the application. Unfortunately, when my wife contacted the places provided on the CIC web site, they referred her to a place on Fullerton, who then told her they need the letter from CIC first.
Is this something new at the Singapore office?? We wanted to get the medicals done prior to application to reduce time.
Has anyone else going through Singapore run into this?
I got my medical done in a clinic in Orchard (Drs Horne and Chin). They do upfront medical and you only need to bring the passport you are using for the application (meaning valid for 2 years).

Explain that you want an upfront medical for a spousal sponsorship app. If they still say that they can't, refer them to the CIC website that clearly says that they can and tell them that you will be reporting them to CIC for not meeting the requirements of being a Panel Physician.
