Received Medical Request along with Passport request and RPRF Today 11th Dec-09 letter dated 2nd Dec-09.
Wanted to check if any one has done Medicals from Mumbai and which is a good doctor from the panel listed.
What are the checks done by the doctor?
Do we need to submit the negative of our Photograph something was mentioned on one of the posts on the forum
the first listed DMP is good. like annual check up blood, chest xray, urine + normal annual physical checkup. you need to submit documents of previous operation or other illness then certificate of clearance from the doctors.
When you say that we need to submit documents of previous operation or other illness then certificate of clearance from the doctors. What does that mean ,My wife had a back surgery done last December so would she have to submit the documents and doctors clearance for the same.
Am kind of confused too,cos I had a minor surgery on my both hands(Ganglion) do I need a medical certificate also ,as the first operation was done over ten years ago.
