Medicals for my son

Hi all,
I recently had an interview and they requested more info to complete my application process.I was told to do my son meds even though I had declined to add him as a dependent,at the interview I told the officer that getting my son meds done would be very difficult due to the fact that the mother of the child is declining to have him do the medicals,.,.,can i send the info without the meds and what will be the outcome if i do?

You need to send in a official statement which stated that you understand that you cannot sponsor your dependent in the future under family class due to your son not getting a medical done. CIC need to get this statement from you before they can continue your PR. They won't issue you a PR until the dependent issue is settled.

If you want to be able to sponsor your son in the future, even if the mother, God forbid, passed away, leaving you as the only biological father, you must get your son to complete the medical exam.
