My medicals are done for CEC class.My work permit is expiring in the end of May...I want to stay in Canada so that I can submit my passport to Buffalo when asked.

Does anyone know in case if I go back to India how to submit my passport from India to Buffalo as it is illegal to post ??

Can I apply for visitor visa from Canada ?? If so where can I find the application forms???
 
Why don't you ask with present employer a positive LMO and once you get it, apply for new work permit instead of going to India.
