Medicals Done and now would sends PPts along with Medicals!!

Hi Seniors,

By the grace of God I have done my Medicals on Saturday and other things are also ready.

Tomorrow I would be sending all things all together.
I would like to confirm the address where I have send my Passports, Medcal Receipts, Funds Proof, PCC Cert..

Kindly confirm the address. Will it be same where we sent out documents earlier (CHC New Delhi)

Yes, to the same address of your CHC. ND in your case... but remember to use the street address for couriering. It's something at 'Chanakya Puri' I guess.

Also with Forms, there is another 1 page Form which is blank. Do we have to send that as well.

Also for every proof do we have to attach letters also. Also can we send two different FDs for me n my husband.
