I need some help with understanding when should I go for the Medical exam to the physician. There is a place-holder in my online application where I need to upload the results but when I called the hospital they were asking me for a IMM form sent via email by the canadian immigration which i dont have.
I looked up some information on the CIC website and there is something called "un front medical exam" but it also says thats for Workers, students and visitors.
So can someone help me understand where I can get the IMM form that the hospital is asking me to bring along and I checked with them and they work with a eMedical system.
You need an upfront medical exam. The drs should know this. An ime number is only given when cic request a medical, usually through sponsorship. Upfront medical are when the dr generates a new ime number. They then give you either an eMedical printout or a paper based form and that's what you upload. Insist with the dr you need an upfront medical.
I just called the hospital again and told them about the "Up Front Medical Exam" and they said yes and told me the bring my original passport and express entry application that is it. The result will take 2 working days to come!

Yes. You will be prompted to upload a proof for medical exam. A eMedical information sheet will be given to you by the doctor after your exam completed. You need to upload this before submit eAPR.
