Medical Test for Co-op Work Permit

Hi,
I am currently an international student at an university in Canada and about to apply for a Co-op work permit to do work terms in Canada. There is a sector where they require me to do a medical test if I want to work for laboratories or health services.
So, does anyone know that do I have to do a medical test if I have already done it before coming to Canada as a part of my Study visa application 4 years back ?

Please let me know if anyone have any ideas or suggestions.

Medicals are generally only good for a year. I'd say you need to have a new medical.
