Medical surveillance undertaking

Hey guys i recently found this forum through google. i was immigrated to canada just 2 days ago with the pr status. I failed medical exam in the first time due to some scars in my lungs after they did further tests on me they approved my visa. Immigration asked me to do the medical surveillance after i landed in canada. I called the number and tried to book an appointment with peel and they asked me to print 2 letters through their peel health site and get it filled with the family doctor. My wife has called the family doctor to confirm this they said they wont able to do it.Im currently located in brampton at the moment. If anyone has any informations regarding about this situation please help us out. Thank you

Usually the provincial doc call you as per their wait time. You are asked basic questions and then an appointment is made, family doc has no role in that. Try calling provincial doc again and explain that it's for immigration and that you have just landed.
