Hi guys,

My application status changed to "Approved" today. Yay!
Okay so, also, they sent a "Medical Surveillance Undertaking" form to sign and submit where I'd be agreeing to show up for some medical checkup within 30 days of my Landing in Canada.

I'm not sure when and where to submit or show this form?
Any idea anyone?
