i hope somebody can help me with this..
I already landed last August 2010 in Toronto then went to SK with my aunt. I informed that i will do my medical surveillance in SK. I return back here in Dubai after 19 days not doing the medical surveillance which i informed the public health office that i will do it once i come back in which they said they said it will be fine. By the way, they had the copy of my medical surveillance form the last time I talked to them..
Now, my question is, is it possible to do the medical surveillance appointment not in SK but in other place like Ontario? Please advise....
