So on Oct 5th, it said *We have received your medical and you passed" Now Today, Oct 10th, my application got updated with Spouse addition as dependent and medical section says this now:

How did it go backward from passed to review?
At this point, I am waiting for my spouse's MR and BIL requests! Can she get her medical done under her UCI number allotted on today? or might as well wait for their request?
