If heptitis is not active........... and onlty patient is career then it is also refused?
Hi aamirdr:
I have my own experience with Hepatitis B. However, the HBe Antigence is Negative and I the virus amount under 250 units. You better test to see your HBe Antigence. If it is Negative you will be not refused. One more, If you have a spouse, make sure you spouse have the test about Hepatitis B with the doctor that do you medical test otherwhise the visa office will get send the request to you spouse to do the test again and it and delay your application process (that is my experience).
All the best,
Vesna
