Medical results with Grade B

Hello. I got my medical results with Grade B for X-ray due to "Unilateral or bilateral costophrenic angle blunting (below the horizontal)". In local medical center I was told that this result is Ok for immigration and that is why I was not asked to do any additional testing. 1 week passed since documents were sent to London office and I was contacted neither by London nor local offices. Did anybody have a similar results of X-ray and what was your further steps in immigration process. Thank you.

Hello, all. We just received third line update "Medical results have been received." So, everything is ok and we are in the game!
