My e-medical results were uploaded 3 months ago. It was informed to CIC with e-medical receipts and they have acknowledged that it added to the file.
However, no PPR request yet. It is not updated on ECAS as well that Medical’s have been received
Doctor’s office confirmed that MR reports are normal.
GCMS notes got last week and below is the status.
Eligibility: Passed
Criminality: Passed
Medical: In Progress..
I am in the same boat with you, same time line, same notes - medical in progress, and confirmed with immigration doctor results are all normal.....
I also contacted MP, but the secretary said they can't help me now cuz it's within 13 months.
I also asked the immigration doctor to check whether I need to perform any re-assessments just in case any mails lost, I think she will get back to me after vocation.....
I have done every thing that I can, if I still can't get PPR, I'll go the MP office the 1st week of Sept.....

If your application is still within the published timeline then there's no need to worry.
If you go beyond that then you have legitimate grounds to contact the CIC or your local MP.

It took around ~120 days for my medicals result receive update on ECAS. This was uploaded on March 04th and today ECAS got updated. Hope you will hear soon buddy...P.S my medical was under review.

1> Yes, my doctor told me the problem( before uploading ) in chest x ray and hence he did another x ray in span of 2 days and sent both reports to CIC. 2nd report was completely normal and fine.
2> when contacted CIC in March, CIC also confirmed about receive of medical reports and under review.
3> two sets of GCMS notes also confirmed, Reveiew Required under medical section.
