1. We received your application for permanent residence on May 10, 2019.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on September 18, 2019.
3. We started processing your application on September 17, 2019.
4. Medical results have been received.

In my PR application, it says Medical results have been received when no medical has been requested, it said that since I first linked the application on September 2019. Is this normal? my last medical was in 2017 for the asylum claim, i don't think it would be extended to 2019, would it?

Where u get this information from. I mean on ur gckey account.
I can’t see all this only status bar. What is ur status bar showing and date of completion.

to get this form you have to open your application status in another link not in your linked account:
HERE: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/application/check-status.html
choose refugee and then "Check my application status"
for my progress bar it's at 93% with 41 days left, I noticed today that my biometric info was just added so maybe they are close to reaching out?

Ok. When i check my status it shows only application received with date and the date they start processing. nothing more at the moment.
