i'm new here and i saw all your reply in professional and friendly way, hope you can advice me regarding my case as well, below the online Status for my application from day one.

1- We received your application for permanent residence on July 22, 2014.
2- We started processing your application on November 13, 2014.
3- We transferred your application to the London England office on November 16, 2014. The London England office may contact you.
4- Medical results have been received.

Medical done on 28 Oct 2015 and Medical results note show on 20-Jan-2016.
Right of Permanent Residence (RPRF) payment done also on Oct 2015

when they'll ask for Passports ?
