hi everyone! can someone help me please. I had my medical and got a positive result in Igra test so VO ask for sputum test and im negative. the tb specialist told me to undergo 3 months prophylactic treatment and advised me to seek my nephrologist's advised since I am immunocompromised. today my nephrologist told me no need for treatment as we are in a tropical country, having a positive igra test is very common. my question is, should I send the medical certificate that my nephro issued saying I dont need treatment via webform or should i send it to the clinic where I had my medical and let them decide to wheter inform VO regarding my nephrologist's opinion. i am kinda worried because i am not sure if they will send my medical certificate to the VO.

passed my medical exam today!
How do you know that you are medically fit? Do they send you any mail? Because my panel physician writes down that I don't need treatment. Although they find some scars in my x-ray and igra positive. And also my sputum and skin test is negative. So much confused now what will be the decision from IRCC.
