Medical Request. Reaching 30 days deadline. The doctor is unavailable

Hi.

I got the medical request for my wife on 19.05.15. We went to the certified doctor who informed which test and where she must past. My wife passed all the requested test and results of one of the test should be transferred to the doctor directly. All the tests are finished 12.06.15, but we found that the doctor left the country and is unavailable till 22.06.16. The deadline is 30 days from the email date. I informed VO about the delay and about it's reason today.
Do you think I should worry?

Is there only one certified doctor in your location? Have you checked cic site about alternate panel physician in your location?

Yes, he is the only doctor...
Today I got an email from the VO, and they confirmed that they will wait for medical test result for 30 extra days, so my issue is solved.
