Medical Request ( PA from the Philippines)

hello everyone. Im a Principal applicant from the Philippines. I have some concerns regarding medical request.
Do we have to pay medical fee online or does over the counter payment will do?
And also, Is there a need to register online before going to the clinic where ull have the medical test? Thanks a lot

You must find a cic approved clinic on the cic website. Then you take the form they sent you with you for the exam. You pay the fees at the clinic. The clinic will automatically upload your results to cic for you so you don't need to do anything else.
