Medical Request Confusion

Hey guys I just got my medical request from CIC Islamabad today and this contains a form with instructions and my bio data and summary. The form is already filled with my personnel information except the IMMIGRATION MEDICAL EXAMINATION GRADING column and Panel Physician Declaration column.

Now the confusion here is that at VAC office I was told that they will call me when my Medical is required and I will receive a form from them after which i will go to IOM for my medical check up. Know does anyone knows if i need another form from VAC or the one received from Islamabad CIC is enough? I unfortunately received this mail after VAC office closure and the office will remain closed till Sunday so if anyone can clear my confusion before that it will be very helpful.

Congrats, you dont need to wait for VAC to open, get appointment from IOM for your medical examination, could you also please let me know when did you apply and for which term,uni and course as well.

I got accepted in Windsor Uni for Meng in Electrical. now what is next step bro as they did not start registration for summer courses how can I pay my fees????
I mean can I pay fee in advance ??? and they will send me a cas letter without registration of courses????
