Medical Request and Pregnant Spouse

Hello everyone,

I applied for study permit back in March and I applied for OWP for my spouse back in March.
We received a medical exam request but now my wife is pregnant. She’s 8 weeks into the pregnancy.

Would her pregnancy affect the study permit application?

I immensely appreciate it if your have any information regarding this.
