Medical report - passport issuing country mistake

In my medical report from the panel doctor, they wrote my passport issue of country as USA.

I am Indian citizen but my passport was renewed in Indian consulate in US.

Isnt this a mistake on the part of doctor's office? Passport issuing country should still be india?

They said they already sent my report and docs to CIC. Should I explain this discrepancy in LOE?

Hello, how did you address this. i have the same issue. The receptionist was telling me that others do this mistake but she will not and i alerted her as i saw this thread before going. She ended up doing the same mistake and i ended up not reviewing at the site trusting her.!!

That’s ok. My country of residence was also wrong. I didn’t write any LOE too.
