I passed my medical exam two weeks before receiving an ITA. The doctor uploaded my results and said that it will be in the system after I receive an ITA. However, I can't find it. And CIC asks me to upload a document. What should I do?
1.You aren't supposed to be able to find your medical results.
2. Only CIC can determine if your medicals are passed, so I'm not sure why you are saying you've passed your medicals.
3. Your doctor should have given you a sheet which is basically your confirmation that you did the medical. Upload that form and CIC will do the rest.
