Medical Received....Urgent....Urgent... help from Qorax and Seniors

Dear Qorax,

I been reading your comments for years, Now I am in a great need for your help. please go thru below and reply.

I applied in Jan-2009 from Toronto, I was student there at that time. My file was forwarded to buffalo for further processing and I sent my docs. there. In Feb-2010, I got a job in Saudi Arabia, since my file was in process in buffalo and I was not sure when that would be finalized, I decided to come to Saudi Arabia.

I joined my permanent job in Saudi Arabia on business Visa (kind of visit visa), which is normally 1 month validity but gets extension for 6,7,9 or up to 10 months (including first 1 month) and then I go back to Pakistan for a new Business Visa and come to back Saudi Arabia again. So sometime I stay in Saudi Arabia for 5 or 6 or 7 or 8 or 9 or even 10 months straight based on my monthly extensions.That's how I been working for last 3 years. I did not informed to any visa office about my job in Saudi yet. Since buffalo office got closed and CPP Ottawa took over the files, I was lucky enough to receive medicals and RPRF from Ottawa yesterday.

Now...........

Visa Office sent me all those forms to refill again and update the current employment / studies status. I have to tell them that I am working in saudi Arabia since I left Canada.Now questions are:

1.Right now I am in Saudi Arabia, so from where would I take my medical exam, from Pakistan or Saudi Arabia ( keep in mind that I have business visa in Saudi)?
2. Do I need to submitted the police certificate from Saudi as well?
3. Do you think my file would be transferred to either Pakistan or Saudi for further process at this stage of process (I am referring to medical stage).
4. Since I am waiting for 4 years do you think that after my medicals, file will again go for years to wait as some friends in this forum waited years after medical?

I have 60 days time for Medical. Please take this request urgent and reply.

3. Do you think my file would be transferred to either Pakistan or Saudi for further process at this stage of process (I am referring to medical stage). Your Vo will remain the same, and u will get ur PPR on ur email, irrelevant to where ever u r staying.

You have to wait for their instruction. But normally you must send it to CPC Ottawa.

Are you a federal skilled worker applicant?
What category of fSW did you apply for?

Regarding the above red words reply. How do you know that? I mean it is your experience or it is written somewhere in website ?

Actually I am very much concerned about my file transfer because if it does, that means new visa officer and wait again for 2-3 years to finish.

Written on the CIC web site. Files are only transferred for "program integrity" reasons. Files are not transferred on request or because an applicant has moved to a different country. Go to the CIC web site and search for "file transfers" or "program integrity".
