My wife recently got a notice to do her medical exam.
We have booked a date for medical exam.
We aren't sure what we should do.
What's going to happen after she did the exam? do we need to submit anything or have anything ready other than attending the medical exam?
One last question, seem like the hospital is a bit occupied.
The hospital informed us that even if she checked out to be fine, they would still need 10 days to process to pass on the information to CIC.
When we adds up the time, CIC said needs to complete within a month, but It seems like it will take more than a month to finish. What should we do?

Most of the panel physicians now do eMedicals.
After the medicals is done, your doctor will collect the other results (Blood test / Xrays) and send this to CIC. It's not uncommon that they may take aorund a week or so for this everywhere. So, once it is done, as you said, within 10 days, they submit it, it could reach CIC the same day they sent (10/11th day after your medicals).
You will see the status (eCas / myCIC) updated with that info.
