Got a Medical request.
Its required to bring four photos to the medical appointment (among other things), but theres no mention of photo specifications. Are these passport size? or the bigger PR sized photos?

Interesting!
When we did our medical, we did not need to bring photos, they took a digital photo at the clinic and used that to 'attach' (i.e. electronically) to the medical exam report (all done online by the clinic, we then just got the formal submission receipt).
To answer your question though, I would call your selected Doctor / clinic and ask them.

We didnt have proper size photos when we went to the location in the dominican republic. i would bring the passport sized pones just in case though -- i think we got lucky
Best is to call the medical center and ask their helpline. I think it is different for every country
