Hello everyone. I began my application end of April and my husband has already completed his biometrics and has just received his medical request letter a week ago. He lives in Germany and the medical office he was told to book an appointment at only has June 17th available. He received the medical letter on May 22nd. This means he only has 4 days after June 17th until the medical letter expires. (30 day rule). We’re kind of worried that the 4 days will somehow mess us up. What if cic doesn’t recieve it until a week later and that is over 30 days and our process screws up? Please help. Contacting them is a hassle so I’m hoping someone can help. Also does the date we received the biometrics letter have anything to do with the date of the medical letter? Or are those two different 30 day policies
TIA

The PA has 30 days from the date of the letter to complete the medical. CIC will see that your husband completed his exams within the timeframe. No need to worry.
