I'm currently on an IEC WHV and so I have 2 year travel insurance for the duration of this (an extension on the 1 year I had prior)... I also have OHIP currently because Ive worked the necessary 3 months.
Once my visa runs out I will lose Ohip whilst waiting for for the OWP to come through... I've also been told I can't extend the travel insurance again whilst living outside of the UK but I can't leave canada whilst waiting for my OWP.
does anyone know what can be done so that you're health is covered during this wait?
