Applied immigration under CEC last September, received AOR this January, then left Canada this March.
my file was transfered to L.A. on May.
I am in home country now and waiting medical request.
my question
1. Can I take medical exam in my home country? If so, how can I send it to L.A.
or Do I have to take medical exam in Canada???

Yes, you can complete the medical exam in your home country. You only need to locate the nearest Designated Medical Practitioner (DMP): See http://www.cic.gc.ca/dmp-md/medical.aspx
The DMP who performs the medical, not you the applicant, is responsible for sending your medical results to CIC's Director of Health Programs in Ottawa for review.

Actually the DMP sends it to their usual Regional Medical Centre. There are 7 the RMC assesses it and uploads the results to the visa office specified on the medical IMM 1017.
