Hello everyone I am a new member here. I need help regarding a delicate subject. I am in the process of sponsoring my spouse and we are at the medical stage.
My spouse received a phone call from the clinic where he did his medical and they are asking for a record of proof of treatment. My spouse had Syphilis 6 years ago and at the time was treated with 3 injections of penicillin now IRCC is requesting proof of these treatments. The only problem is that he did it at a public clinic 3 hours away from where he currently lives and they didn’t record it digitally back then.
what can I do in this case? He called the hospital where his Doctor is and they told him there’s a slim chance they may ever find a record of those treatments done 6 years ago. Please help! Not sure how to continue from here
