Medical for Spouse, even if she is not accompanying (Express Entry)

Dear Friends,
Can you please help on this scenario...

Is medical required for your spouse even if, she is not accompanying you and not part of Express Entry? i am not sure if only primary applicant (the only applicant under express entry) is required to go for medical, or dependent who is not accompanying also has to go for a medical.

Medical is required for all non accompanying dependents.
