Medical expire

my medical is going to expire on 2 feb and my visa office is LA visa office

My question is does i need new medical because my old one is going to expire and i still have no idea when visa office will send me email about my application

They will send you a request if they want a new medical. You can not enter Canada with an expired medical, so they will request closer to the end of your application

they extended the validity of our medical and didnt request a second one

Hello,
I need a advice. Presently I am in Canada. I did my medical in Nov 2019 when I applied for Spousal open WP. Two days back I got a mail from IRCC stating that your medical examination results expire on 30 June 2021. What does that mean? Is it normal? Do I need to do medical again though I am in Canada ?
