what if i didnt made within 30 days? like.. the letter for medical was dated oct 24. then I just had my medical this Nov, 28. will they automatically refuse my application?

You need to write a email/letter explaining blah blah, better tell them that your mail was dropped in spam folder, or account was hacked kind theory, I believe they will grant you extension.
