Hi! J have applied for a PR under the Express entry and I have received an ITA. Now my 4 year old who is a part of my application was born with a congenital (by birth) brain malformation. She underwent a surgery when she was 2 and it has been cured. She is under no medical care since then . No medications or therapy. Would this be an issue in our medical exam? Should I declare the details about her surgery myself? How could I ease the process. Would a recommendation from her surgeon help?

If she is not going to require any further medical treatment or support services, it shouldn't be an issue.

Yes, you are legally required to declare the surgery in her medical history.

Don't bother with the recommendation from her surgeon. If IRCC wants more information, they will request it.
