Hi.
My husband requires a medical check up to obtain his visa to go to Canada but all the doctors on the panel physician list are at least 3 hours away from us and only do early morning bookings. There is a clinic much nearer to us that handles VISA medical exams for people moving TO Australia but doesn't handle Canadian Visa medical check ups. Should I send an email through case specific enquiry to see if they're willing to let the clinic much closer to us handle his check up?
Thanks

Hi
Dispensation to have the medical done by a non-Panel Physician is very rarely granted. A 3 hour trip is unlikely to qualify.

Sigh... That sucks. We have an appointment booked for the clinic in the city (the one 3 hours away) already so I guess we'll go with that

Is it an option to travel the day before, stay at a hotel overnight, have the appointment the next morning, then drive home?

Yea. We're gonna do that. Thanks for all the help.
