Medical Exam

I created my EE Profile on 26th August and my CRS score is 438. If the cut-off trend remains the same, I will probably get my ITA in the next round. I'm wondering if I can get started with the medical examination process this week. I may have to travel starting next week for few weeks on business. So, I may not get time to get the medical exam in the next few weeks. Do I need the ITA for medical exam? Should I wait for ITA before scheduling medical examination?

You are allowed to do your upfront medical exam without an ITA.
