Hi guys,
after medical exam, my partner showed positive for syphilis because he had it three years ago anf once you had it it will always show positive.
Since he didnt have a proof a treatment he is undergoing the treatment again. And we will need to retake the blood exam. Is there a limit time period between the first and second blood test?
I read in a thread someone was told 30 days by his clinic, but my clinic did not tell me anything, and the treatment is about 30 days.
Has anyone else been told 30 days between the two blood test or it can be a bit over?
Hi
Call your clinic and ask them
Logically he has to finish the treatement before an other test... to see a difference
Indeed. Finish the treatment.
It's possible that he will be medically inadmissible to Canada because of this condition.

Apparently with a proof of treatment it's fine because it ia just an immunological scare and he doesn't have the disease anymore. Fingers crossed
