Medical Exam

I am a Canadian citizen but my wife has citizenship from India. We reside in the US and have EADs.
We are visiting Canada for 5 days in July and I was trying to apply online for a visa. What do I do for the Medical Exam. I cant proceed without uploading a document but the website states that she does not need a visa to visit for less than 6 months.

What should I do next ? Any ideas ?

Why would she need a medical exam for a 5 day-visit?

EAD is a work permit? You do not have Green Cards? Then , IMHO, you are doing somethig wrong : being a citizen of India your wife needs a visa to Canada.

As Regina said, you are doing something wrong, use the tool, answer carefully, no need for medical examination but a VISA is required.
