Medical Exam requirements

Hi,

I have a query regarding the medical exams needed. I recently received the ITA under Express Entry (FSW) and in the placeholder for Medical documents, they have asked me to upload IMM1017B Upfront Medical exam form.
Do I need to have my other family members (apart from spouse) like parents and siblings medically tested too? Only my spouse is accompanying me to Canada. But my parents are listed under the Family section in the form, under the sub-category of Other Family Members.
