I aplied on 6 th November, OFFLINE through VAC.
I'm the main applicant, I requested study permit, as well my wife and kid.
I did not submit the medical exams, without IRCC's request ( they are very in my country).
Three days after the application, they requested the medical exam.
Only 2 weeks later they change the status to passed exam.
Would they ask for the exams even that was a chance of being denied?

I'm sorry I think I miswrote the last part.
After they ask for the medical exams, do you think they may deny my visa still?

I think its more of an approval if they are asking medical exam after reviewing your file.
