Hello All,

I have got my medical exam done on 21st Mar 2018 for immigration purposes and now when I am trying to apply for PR through express entry for myself and need to get the medical exam done, the hospital staff are saying that when we enter my details the old record is popping up and they are not able to override that. The canada immigration customer care representative is asking me to contact the hospital staff as they cannot do anything.
Can anyone please help me with this as i am stuck.
