Medical Exam: IME profile cannot be found even medical examination instruction was received

I received the medical exam instruction letter on Thursday then I book the appointment with appointed clinic on Friday, the letter with IME number was presented, but the clinic said my IME number and record cannot be found.
Anyone experienced that? What should I do?
I tried to write an inquiry via web form, but no response, any telephone number I can try?

Webform enquiries can take 7-30 days. where are you applying from?

Thank you all. My profile was uploaded two days after the medical exam instruction letter was received. So all is set now and my medical exam passed already. Thx God! Now I should be awaiting the result of SP approval. Finger crossed!

Please did you request for the IME form before it was sent to you. If yes how please.

No you do not need to request one, IRCC will send it to you through your profile a few days after the biometric is done.
