I received ITA this week and I wanted to know if we can have the medical exam before I apply or after I apply for the PR?

You have to do the medical exam before submtsubmi your eAPR. Once you have completed , you need to attach confirmation letter that contain the UMI number which is going to handed over to you at the very end of your exam.
