Hi, my wife is applying to a work permit, and she got at the medical exam point, the medical examination instructions says that she had 30 days to undergo the medical examination.

She underwent the regular exam and were all clean, but because she has hyperthyroidism, CIC asked for a report from her Endocrinologist, however she's been able to book with her endocrinologist 1 day after the 30 days deadline, does anyone know if her deadline pauses or increases because of the additional documentation CIC required?

I couldn't find this info within CIC site.
