Hi. I received my pgwp last week then I noticed that I needed medical exam for working at Health service. I had medical exam and I am thinking to mail the application as the CIC agent said. However, I do not know how to request to remove the appropriate conditions (not authorized to work in childcare, primary/secondary school teachings, health service field occupations.) I already had medical exam and I filled IMM 5710 form. then what do I need to do? Do I need a separate paper to mention that I request to remove the appropriate conditions?
and how do I check my medical exam result? ( the doctor said she will do E-medical but I also want to check my result) . Thanks
You need to submit an application to change your work permit conditions and request to remove the appropriate conditions by adding a letter with your application to ask for removing this condition.
You can't see the results of the medical exam and the panel physician is not obligated to inform you about the results. You can try to ask the doctor but there is no guarantee that she/he will let you know.
It really depends on your job position. What's your job position? Are you working as a daycare worker, primary school teacher, or medical worker(including clinical laboratory worker - ie. Medical laboratory technician or assistant, nurses, doctors, care givers, message therapist). Otherwise, u don't need medical exam. I hope, it helps.

thanks.

This process is done by mail and it is not online. You have to mail your original work permit along with a form that needs to be printed and filled out. You can find the checklist of the documents as well as the instruction on CIC website. Here is the link: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...dence-valid-temporary-resident-documents.html
I have done that for my Co-op work permit, which is a free work permit. I am not sure if it works for PGWP as well. I also tried it for my study permit, because the officer had mistakenly put the condition there.
