Medical exam additional tests

Hello everyone,

I am asking on behalf of my brother. He has applied for sinp PR. He went through medical and they done hcv rapid test and hbag rapid test. Now he got.the email for further testing. He had the history for hcv postive but took all the treatment and it was all clear. We are just worried that what will be the additional tests and will this impact on his visa.
