Medical Evaluation

I am wondering about the medical evaluation for spousal sponsorship. Basically it might be easier for him to see a doctor while visiting Canada as there are several on the list in my city but the one's near him are not easy for him to get to. Is it okay for him to see the Doctor while here or does his evaluation need to be done in the US? He is applying out of country.

It can be done by any Panel Physician, anywhere in the world.

Yes, my wife is an outland applicant who did her re-medical in Canada while here on a visitor's visa. As Zardoz said, it can be done anywhere.
