Medical Disappeared

Hey! I applied for my study permit (SDS) from India
I Applied on: 24th July
Biometrics: on 27th July
Medical got updated on 31st July
but it disappeared the next day from the portal and it got changed to “you don’t need medical, we will contact you if you need it” something along the lines.
Is it normal?
In the Application Tracker website, it says my medical is completed but it also displays the medical expiry date as May 23, 2023 the document number is from my last year's medical whereas I appeared for a fresh Medical on July 8th and uploaded the same for my visa application.

The same thing happened to me as well but I have not had any upfront medical before.
Did you get any update?
