Medical completed, how long it may take?

Study permit for student (UBC with RA/TA), TRV for spouse.
Applied 30th April @VFS Dhaka.
Medical invitation 22nd May. CIC also asked for PCC again.
Passport submission for student with medical of both 28th May. Took a week to collect PCC again.
Since then still waiting. No tracker update, no email :/

It has been 64 days after applying for VISA. How long it may take? Isn't it too long :S

I've been waiting almost 68 days after submitting my application.
Still yet to get any response!
The average processing time mentioned in the web site is 8 weeks.
Should I make a case specific enquiry to CIC?

If the 8weeks have lapsed, you can make the case specific. Ok
