Medical and Passports together.

We are in a bit tricky situation, Embassy have asked for our passports in 15 days but with that they have also asked us to do our medicals again and the appointments usually takes time. Embassy have notified us that if we fail to submit our passports with in 15 days, they'll assume that we are no longer interested. For Medicals they always ask for passports as our identity. If we get an appointment after 15 days so how to manage the situation ??

Why dont you contact the VO and inform them that the passport is required by the medical doctor at the appointment.? Send an inquiry on the website of the vo where the application is being processed.
